Welcome to The Old Chapel reservations system.
Our normal reservation periods are weekly [Friday -
Friday]; long weekend [Friday - Monday]; short
weekend [Friday - Sunday, or Saturday - Monday]; and
midweek break [Monday - Friday].
The Old
Chapel is equipped for a maximum of four guests and
we welcome up to two well behave dogs; smoking is not
permitted inside the building.Our pricesare
all-inclusive with the exception of a modest pet
supplement to cover extra cleaning costs.
Occasionally we havelate availability and special offer
discounts: when
these are applicable the discount is automatically
applied to your reservation by ouronline booking
system.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation,
with the balance due six weeks before your arrival.
If your reservation is made less than six weeks
before arrival the full tariff is due immediately.
The quickest way tomake a
reservationis
through our booking calendar: with a few clicks
you can immediately secure your reservation and
pay online. Web payments are processed by the
PayPal secure transaction system, and after you
have paid the system will generate an invoice
confirming your payment. You do not require a
PayPal account to make payment, and the system
will also accept payment from all major credit
cards and by bank transfer; you may also arrange
to pay by cheque.
Alternatively you maycheck
availabilityfor the
period you require on the booking calendar, then
complete and send the reservation form opposite.
You will receive an email acknowledgement
confirming the details of your request, and
subject to availability we will book you into the
system and email you an invoice for your 25%
deposit, which can be paid by cheque, or by
PayPal, credit card or bank transfer online.
